ABOUT MATHIAS RECH SANTOS

I am a versatile Human Resources leader with a diverse background spanning various industries, roles, and global locations. My career journey has taken me through roles in operations, sales, product development, and, most prominently, Human Resources. I\'ve had the privilege of working with multinational giants and dynamic technology startups, gaining invaluable experience on a global scale, and locally at the USA, Latin America, and Brazil. My expertise extends across a spectrum of industries, including food and beverages, technology, luxury cosmetics, and logistics. I’ve also actively engaged with boards of directors and people committees, led a successful IPO, and managed M&A endeavors from a strategic HR perspective. Complementing my practical experience, I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree and have furthered my knowledge with an Executive Masters in Human Resources from Cornell University. My passion for HR and my diverse background enable me to drive meaningful and effective HR strategies that contribute to organizational success.
