The results of the company and the team always come first for me.Over the years, I have moved successfully across roles and industries with a proven record of- structurally advancing finance and commercial excellence functions- establishing holistic process and methodological improvements (FP & A, pricing, business intelligence, CRM)- helping organizations turn transparency into effective decisions to strengthen profitability and resilience, including in restructuring situations.The connection between analytical clarity (robust data), execution capability and leadership is particularly important to me – especially in phases of change and transformation.My mindset is shaped by my experience as a competitive basketball athlete: clear goals, discipline and team responsibility are core values that shape my leadership – structured, decisive and committed.I thrive where transparency improves decisions, finance creates impact and people are at the center.
