About Mathew Webb
Senior business analyst, project/program and construction manager with over 25 years of experience in England, USA and Asia across a range of projects including: hospitality, residential, transportation, Green Energy, healthcare, commercial retail and data networks. I am a certified construction manager, architect and manager of people and business change. I am experienced in construction delivery, program management and business transformation consulting, utilizing the best in class technological solutions. My previous experience includes developing and building the first US privately built and operated passage rail system in over 100 years. The $1.5B program included the stations, mixed use buildings and interfacing with the rail infrastructure. I was also a the lead Systems Manager for the $7B O\'Hare Airport redevelopment program. In conjunction with the program delivery team I develop standard operating procedures, and train staff, contractors and consultants.Currently I am VP of Project Management at WSP.
