Led engineering and execution of 15+ upstream oil & gas projects, including greenfield and brownfield facilities, battery/satellite design, expansions, and well tie-ins.• Managed facility and pipeline scope: new oil batteries and satellites, pump jack conversions, separators, VRUs, flare systems, produced water injection facilities, pipelines, splits, and line loops to improve capacity and efficiency.• Coordinated and reviewed process and mechanical calculations (pipeline hydraulics, pump and separator sizing, valve and PSV sizing) and conducted NOx and CO₂ emissions assessments.• Developed and reviewed PFDs, P & IDs, plot plans, line lists, BOMs, control narratives, and shutdown keys (SDKs); supervised drafting teams to finalize IFC and as-built drawings.• Ensured regulatory compliance with AER Directives D56 & D60, CSA Z662, ASME, NACE, and other applicable codes; prepared and submitted new facility applications to AER.• Led procurement activities, including datasheets, RFQs/RFIs, bid evaluations, vendor coordination, and procurement of PVF, pump packages, separators, tanks, flare stacks, compressors, pipelines, and trucking services.• Acted as the primary technical liaison between clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, E&I, structural, procurement, and construction), ensuring alignment and issue resolution.• Supported project management functions by developing DBMs, preparing cost estimates, participating in HAZOPs, conducting site visits, and assisting with scope, schedule, and budget control using MS Project to deliver projects on time and on budget.
