Design of Rewards and Incentives programs thorough historical program analysis and modelling of design proposals to support IFC’s strategy- Implementation of Rewards and Incentives programs, taking ownership of all project management processes related to delivery and administration of the program to ensure timely pay-out; including the development and review of Excel databases to facilitate the program administration, preparing and delivering presentations to HR Client Services teams, and internal clients, coordinating the processing and calculation of Rewards pay-outs globally, and working with implementation partners to ensure relevant systems are adequate and ready to support the annual program administration- Maintaining and developing policies, procedures and controls for Rewards and Incentives programs - Building incentive/compensation dashboards and link them to business performance, effectiveness, and strategy - Ensuring program design reinforces meaningful performance differentiation - Providing senior leadership with trend analysis and industry best practices research on the use of Rewards and Incentives to support organizational decision making - Providing financial analysis, controls and risk management, and budgetary requirements for the Rewards and Incentive Program to HR and IFC Management; including other stakeholders at various levels of IFC and Board of Executive Directors
