Lead a cross-departmental team in-charge of on-time delivery of project deliverables• Oversee all on-road durability USA testing activities for AMG, Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans• Utilize Lean & Agile and Value Stream Mapping methodologies to identify Kaizens leading to an efficiency increase of 60% within the teams workflow• Customer data analysis to ensure testing methods match expected customer usage• Manage on-road combustion, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicle durability testing programs nationwide, which includes ensuring on-time delivery of mile accumulation, vehicle repair and diagnosis, and validating entire vehicle software• Annual budget analysis and project funding process including cost estimating, projection, and funding delegation for multimillion dollar projects• Collaborate and coordinate with the Autonomous Driving team testing, collecting data, and reporting malfunctions on LiDAR sensor functionality and software object detection compliance• Partner with the Telematics and Electrical Engineering team testing, collecting data, and reporting issues with entertainment screens and Apple CarPlay functionality, and customer voice detection• Collaborate and coordinate with the Interoperability team testing, collecting data, and reporting software handshake errors on 80% of publicly available electric vehicle chargers in US Market• Partner with the Powertrain team testing, collect data, and reporting drivability issues, check engine lights, vehicle emissions system performance ensuring regulatory compliance, and battery state of health• International liaison between German Headquarters and three service contractors throughout the continental United States executing on-road vehicle testing, data collection, and maintenance • Oversee all management duties related to the ramp up of new testing facilities, including managing project finances, IT support, vehicle logistics, and ensuring all special testing requirements are met
