Successfully implemented Carry Over Credit (COC) Business capability, Added other vendors to the MVP list of shared Accums vendor, and led the post MVP capability delivery.NextGen Core Adjudication Responsible for 7 scrum teams (Offshore and Onshore) spread across multiple vendors to deliver on the Program deliverables under the purview of core adjudication - Eligibility, Pricing, BC Integration, Cotiviti Integration, Adjudication Object Model(AOM - v2). Managed a budget of $10-20 Million. Successfully led the Core Adjudication Product implementing various business capabilities with innovative thinking. Implemented Minimum Technical Product (MTP) Phase 1,2, 3 based on the Program priorities and directives. Led the team to implement Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for service line claims processing which includes Service Line Integration and Pricing applications. Worked with Business teams to understand the capabilities and established product priorities.
