I design, build, and optimise end-to-end AI and cloud-based data solutions for enterprise clients in EY’s Digital Engineering Team (Cloud & AI). My focus is on combining AI innovation with production-grade engineering to enable robust, scalable, and secure platforms.I develop AI-powered applications using Azure AI Services (Cognitive, Speech, Vision), Microsoft Copilot Studio, and open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen, integrating LLMs and embeddings into enterprise workflows. I also build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Agentic AI systems that deliver context-aware and scalable insights.On the engineering side, I design and automate cloud-scale data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Cosmos DB, and ChromaDB, applying best practices in ETL, automation, and performance optimisation. I use Python, APIs, and SDKs for advanced integration, monitoring, and automation across systems, ensuring platforms are efficient, compliant, and secure.Global Trade Analytics: I specialised in building data pipelines and dashboards to support EY Tax professionals and client teams in trade data analysis. My role focused on data engineering and automation, not tax advisory, enabling accurate, timely insights. Using Alteryx for ETL and SQL for integration, I transformed customs and broker data into structured layers enriched with EY’s proprietary trade intelligence. I delivered Power BI dashboards that:Improved visibility into global trade flowsIdentified tariff optimisation and FTA savings opportunitiesFlagged compliance risks in customs operationsAssessed impacts of CBAM and EUDRModelled US trade policy scenarios, including tariff shifts and FTA risksThese solutions were designed for speed, non-invasiveness, and flexibility, providing consultants and client teams with trusted, ready-to-use insights.
