ABOUT MATHEW HOSKINS

Matt began his career with Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in 1992 as a retail sales associate in a store in Dublin, OH. In the 23 years following his professional trajectory culminated with him as President, BSRO. BSRO owns and operates 2,200 Retail Tire and Automotive stores nationwide, with an employee base of and annual guest count of 21m. After leaving Bridgestone Matt became CEO, President and Co-Founder of TireVan, a startup concept focused on disrupting the century old tire buying experience by bringing the tires to the guest and installing them onsite. After exiting TireVan Matt had the opportunity to become the President and CEO of Heartland Automotive. Heartland was a Private Equity owned Jiffy Lube franchisee with 560 stores nationwide. In his two years at Heartland profits dramatically increased, while teammate and guest scores reached new highs. In his final months at Heartland Matt led and completed the process of the sale of the company to another Private equity group. Today Matt is the Chief Operating Officer of ClearPlan focused on improving the back-office functionality of the business, while supporting the field leadership with any needs that arise. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Ohio University. He and his wife Brooke reside in Odessa, FL with their two children, Maya and Tyler. In addition to spending time with his family, Matt enjoys hunting, saltwater fishing and managing the family horse farm.
