I\'m the COO of Recruit 121, an SAP recruitment specialist I\'ve helped grow over the past 15 years. I came up through sales, which means I see operations differently to most - every process, every system, every decision gets filtered through \"does this actually help us win business and serve clients better?\"In 2025, we transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust - a process I led from strategy through to completion. It\'s one of the most complex and rewarding things I\'ve done professionally.These days, my focus is on building a business that\'s genuinely fit for the future. That means embedding AI and automation into how we work - not as a gimmick, but as a practical way to free people up for the stuff that actually matters. I\'m convinced that the companies who get this right in the next few years will leave the rest behind.I\'ve also spent years developing our offshore and nearshore operations, figuring out how to make distributed teams work properly in a people-centric industry. It\'s tricky to get right. Most don\'t. We have.What drives me is solving problems that don\'t have obvious answers. I\'m less interested in maintaining the status quo and more interested in asking \"what if we did it completely differently?\"Outside of work, I\'m a dad to five, a rower slowly building toward a half marathon on the erg, and I give time each week to causes that matter to me.Always happy to connect with people thinking about business transformation, employee ownership, or the future of
