Working in tandem with NeoSort, I help guide the development and deployment of strategies that recover high-purity recycled materials for reuse in remanufacturing and production.Major responsibilities include:Advising on end-of-life product processing strategies to maximize material recovery and minimize environmental impact.Identifying high-value recycling and destruction pathways that support OEM compliance, data security, and sustainability goals.Working closely with OEMs to develop tailored solutions for secure and compliant product disposition that feed into closed-loop supply chains.Supporting joint initiatives between ERS and NeoSort to validate and scale innovative material identification and separation technologies.Pursuing opportunities to reintroduce recovered materials back into manufacturing pipelines, reducing dependence on virgin resources and lowering emissions.Successes:Played a key role in positioning ERS as a trusted downstream partner in programs focused on secure destruction and verified emissions reduction.Helped align OEM sustainability initiatives with actionable reverse logistics and recycling strategies through collaboration with NeoSort’s AI-based material ID platform.Contributed to pilot programs that demonstrated material recovery suitable for reuse in new products, reinforcing OEM circularity targets.
