ABOUT MATHEW CHARLES

With over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry, I am currently the Vice President of Air Division at RGF Environmental Group, Inc, a global leader in environmental solutions. In this role, I oversee the operations, sales, marketing, and business development of the air division, which offers innovative and sustainable products and services for indoor air quality, odor control, and infection prevention. I am responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and end-users. I also leverage my skills in key account management, business development, and operations management to support the company\'s mission of providing environmentally responsible solutions that improve the health and well-being of people, animals, and the planet. Previously, I was the owner of Pro-Dev, a consulting firm that helped businesses optimize their processes, systems, and performance. I also served as the VP of Sales and Marketing at RGF Environmental Group, where I successfully launched and marketed several new products and services, and increased the market share and brand awareness of the company. I am passionate about creating positive environmental and social impact, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
