My team has focused on talent development, project management execution, and building relationships with business partners. I have worked cross-functionally throughout the company to solve local and global issues. I have built a network on reputation, trust, and a drive to excel. During my tenure in Walmart Realty my team of salaried managers has had the responsibility for opening all new formats and prototypes of Walmarts, Sam’s Clubs, and Small Formats, responsibility for the remodel program, as well as special projects and Home Office initiatives. I currently lead the West team with responsibility for managing our GNFR fixture network. As part of my roles responsibility, I work closely with Operations as well as all partners at the home office regarding installation of initiatives and procedures.
