Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Own end-to-end product management for Volvo Bus solutions across multiple African markets, aligning product strategy with customer and market demands.Manage and analyze operational data to monitor product KPIs, delivery timelines, service performance, and aftersales indicators using Excel (advanced), SAP, and Power BI.Lead the coordination of orders, deliveries, and post-sales service workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through SAP-based processes.Act as primary liaison between SMT Africa and Volvo global teams, translating field feedback into actionable product improvements and reporting on market needs.Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and commercial proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.Provide training to SMT teams across African subsidiaries on product features, usage, and SAP system processes, ensuring consistent adoption and operational alignment.Monitor and escalate technical or system issues related to fleet systems and internal tools, collaborating with IT and engineering teams to resolve critical failures.Conduct audits and data validation on customer and product information to maintain data accuracy across platforms.Tools & Platforms: SAP | Power BI | Excel (Advanced)| Microsoft Teams | SharePoint
