Its activities include railway operations, track maintenance, and rolling stock maintenance. With more than employees and customers, G&W is a leader in the North American rail industry, recognized for its commitment to operational safety and customer satisfaction.Working at Québec-Gatineau Railway, I am responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and operational safety of 158 miles of track.Through my leadership and ability to apply advanced defect detection tools, I successfully reduced the number of geometric defects identified compared to the previous year.I am actively involved in the planning and management of projects related to tie gangs, rail gangs, switch replacement (turnouts), and grade crossing maintenance, applying my expertise in contract management, budget control, communication, and customer relations.

I have over 12 years of experience in the railway sector, specializing in track maintenance and project management. During my career at MRS Logística, I had the opportunity to build a solid professional path, holding various positions and developing skills in people management, leadership, agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and strategic planning. In addition to my technical expertise, I have developed essential soft skills such as proactivity, autonomy, teamwork, and above all, respect for people and the workplace environment.
