I\'m the Product Strategy Manager for Embraer\'s Praetor program. My work scope includes defining customer‑driven requirements, shaping the product roadmap, aligning cross‑functional teams and suppliers, leading go-to-market strategy, and supporting strategic initiatives aligned with EEJ\'s main pillars: Performance, Comfort, Technology, and Support.I\'m also responsible for Strategic Partnerships, CVC & M&A within Embraer\'s executive aviation business unit. I engage in technology scouting, outreach to potential partners, technical and financial due diligence support, and promoting long‑term strategic alignment with key industry players.I previously served as Lead Project Engineer for Embraer Aero Seating Technologies and as a Product Development Engineer for Embraer Executive Jets. I was responsible for driving interior development projects from design through prototyping, testing, certification, and production for executive and commercial aircraft. Earlier experience includes Maintenance Planning at Spirit Airlines, where I was involved in the airline\'s operation control environment, and Manufacturing Engineering at MTU Aero Engines, where I supported engine manufacturing shop floor operations.I’ve also held roles in student services, leadership, and international outreach through Embry‑Riddle, BRASA, and Catalyst GEM, supporting students pursuing higher education and professional pathways in the United States.
