The Engineering Liaison Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships between the North American Projects Engineering team and the Global Engineering Support team based in Bangalore India, overseeing the delivery of offshore engineering services ensuring that projects are completed on time within quality expectations.The Engineering Liaison Manager is responsible for recommending improvements in how the engineering teams in North America and Bangalore communicate and work together as well as facilitate cross training and knowledge sharing.Improve alignment between the North American and Bangalore engineering teams and drive improvements in Project Performance(OTD, Quality, Financial)Feedback from market community teamPromote the right culture- passion,ownership, collaboration as well as customer focus and project vs individual success.Coordinate activities between the North American and Bangalore team on improvements to technologies and processes to deliver engineered solutions to customers.Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and engineering discipline leaders to build cross regional development plans for execution engineeringParticipate in Market Communities and bring the ‘Voice of the Customer’ to the Bangalore team.Organize REX workshops with the regional stakeholders (Engineering, Project Management) and Bangalore team to implement the learning and improve the team\'s productivity/efficiency in upcoming projects.Participate in North American Engineering operating rhythms.Build relationships with North American Projects stakeholders (Sales, Applications Engineering, Execution Engineering, Project Management and Supply Chain) and provide feedback to Bangalore team on areas for improvement.
