I build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers — from IT directors to procurement officers — ensuring that our solutions align with their operational goals and compliance requirements.My work spans the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and needs assessment to contract negotiation and post-sale support. I collaborate closely with internal teams in marketing, product development, and technical support to tailor solutions that fit each client’s unique environment.Staying current on funding sources, cooperative contracts, and legislative updates within the SLED landscape is a key part of my strategy.
