My journey in Human Resources spans over two decades, driven by a deep passion for people, leadership, and connecting talent with business strategy. It all began while I was pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, working full-time in HR and gaining hands-on experience as a recruiter. From there, I joined JBS as a management trainee, marking the beginning of a rewarding career at the world’s largest protein company, where I\'ve grown and taken on increasingly strategic leadership roles in HR.Throughout the years, I\'ve had the privilege of leading HR teams across Brazil, Canada, and the United States, working in complex, large-scale operations where understanding business dynamics and cultural adaptability were key to success. These experiences have reinforced my belief that HR is most impactful when it aligns people with opportunities that drive both individual and organizational growth. At its core, my work has always been about people — supporting, empowering, and helping them succeed.
