Rendering services to the student and research community in the Department of English, Kakatiya University in the capacity as Senior Asst.Professor by promoting innovative research in the area of Gender Studies and literature for a decade. Recipient of the International Shastri Faculty Enrichment Fellowship Award for the year 2010-11 by International Council for Canadian Studies, Government of Canada. As a Shastri Fellow at the University of Toronto, Toronto,Canada in ( August-September) 2010 devised the curriculum\" Canadian Literature and Managing Cultural Diversity\" for Master of Arts in English Literature. Specialized in the area of Gender Studies / Cultural Studies and guided seven PhD scholars. Authored the book Feminism/Postmodernism : Margaret Atwood’s Fiction. Appreciation by Coral Ann Howells, University of Reading, England. Edited the book Gender Studies and Indo-Canadian Literature published by Cambridge Scholars, London in August 2022. Professor Coral Ann Howells, FRSC, University of Reading, London wrote Foreword to my book. Authored the book: Human Rights and Nadine Gordimer’s Fiction published by Cambridge Scholars, London on 4 July 2024
