Pioneering a Transcription and Translation service from my home-desk to creating a global opportunity for women aspiring to work from home, was something I had not even imagined 20 years ago. Founding Kissamago Professional Services, in Mumbai was my gateway to technology and today this humble venture helps me take the advantage of the dynamics of the changing times. Today, Kissamago Services caters to fields of law, medicine, science, construction, technology and several media related industries. Regardless of what medium audio/video, accent or language is handed over to us, Kissamago’s transcription services makes the tone neutral, legible and accurate for a clear understanding, and that is the verbatim we are proud of. The other footing in our establishment is that it has been highly appreciated and credited for is the turn-around-time with 99% accuracy. This has been made possible due to the culture of efficiency and trust in our trained network of over 300 transcribers and translators working with us around the globe. Some of my best learning has come from Indian School of Business and programs like Goldman Sachs’ Women program. I intend to apply many more business concepts and hope to see Kissamago Professional services grow leaps and bounds.
