I am a product designer focused on fintech experiences with a track record of increasing user engagement and conversion rates. I am passionate about creating delightful research-driven financial experiences that help small businesses and entrepreneurs succeed in the online economy. With over seven years of experience in the design field, I have a strong foundation in visual design, user research, and product strategy.Currently at Meta, I am focused on building experiences for creators monetizing their content on Facebook.Previously as a Lead Product Designer at Novo, I applied my passion and expertise in user experience design to create innovative and intuitive banking solutions for small businesses. I designed and owned the user experience for Novo’s bookkeeping and integrations ecosystem, while spearheading user research into new product areas and strategic opportunities, and collaborating with designers to improve internal design processes that help level up the team. I was formerly a co-founder and UX designer of Tayer Studio, a freelance design studio, where I worked on projects for various clients across the startup, small business, and non-profit fields. I also interned at Amazon working on internal tools and worked as an educator in design prior to making my way into UX and product design.What drives my design work and gets me motivated is untangling messy design problems while collaborating with fast-paced teams, working on impactful solutions, and leveraging high-quality design to create delightful experiences that people love.
