ABOUT MATEO PERALTA

I’m a Senior Customer Success and Account Management professional who thrives at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and community. My passion for connecting people began through my studies in journalism, where I learned to listen closely, ask better questions, and understand the stories that shape how people move through the world.Since then, I’ve partnered with global organizations like ASML, H&M, DHL Express, HelloFresh, the United Nations, and Disney, working alongside People and Learning teams to build mentorship, coaching, and connection programs that travel across teams, cultures, and continents.At Together, I’ve moved across Customer Success, Growth, and Revenue, supporting a $2.2M enterprise portfolio and global rollouts reaching up to employees. I’m most alive in the work that comes after the sale, helping teams find clarity, unlock value, and grow with intention through thoughtful strategy and data informed storytelling.Beyond my day to day role, I’m a community builder at heart. As Alumni Council Chair and Programming Director for Venture for Canada, I led national initiatives, stewarded an $88K budget, and helped design a mentorship program connecting hundreds of Fellows and Alumni. I also facilitate collage and vision boarding workshops, including sessions for Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business.I’m an immigrant, a storyteller, and someone who is drawn to work that\'s human, ambitious, and rooted in care.
