Gopherzero.com makes it easy for businesses to build credible Carbon Reduction Plans using data to assess their best cleantech options (GopherZero is part of Power My Hub ltd). With 99% of businesses struggling with affordable decarbonisation advice, I saw the opportunity to create a digital self-service solution. Supported by InnovateUK & angel investors, I lead the design, build and delivery of the a digital twin software platform.Highlights include:• Delivering a carbon accounting and reduction SaaS software platform from scratch. • As a lean start-up, managed constrained resources, effectively balancing commercial and technical risks, and maintained strong investor relations through clear board-level reporting.• Provided sustainability and carbon accounting compliance advice to many SME businesses.• Negotiated crucial commercial partnerships, and drove technical delivery across a diverse array of suppliers, resulting in the generation of early revenue within a compressed 12-month programme.• Led the technical integration of clean energy modelling and AI capabilities within the products.
