Accountable for enterprise digital platforms and services across the Trust, including infrastructure, cyber security, networks, telephony, servers, storage and end user services, ensuring resilient, secure and high-performing digital capability supporting clinical and operational delivery.Lead digital service management functions spanning service desk, switchboard, incident, problem, change and configuration management, with end-to-end accountability for live service performance, transition and continual improvement across the organisation.Provide leadership across digital delivery and transformation, including programme, project and change delivery functions, alongside digital communications and engagement to support adoption of strategic initiatives and organisational change.Operate at senior leadership level across the Trust, contributing to executive decision-making, organisational governance and strategic direction through active membership of the Trust Shadow Board.Provide senior assurance on cyber security, digital risk and resilience, including ownership and delivery of board-level cyber reporting and assurance, supporting executive oversight and regulatory compliance.Drive the development and delivery of continual service improvement and modernisation programmes, aligning digital services to organisational priorities and national NHS direction.Contribute to the development and execution of the Trust digital strategy, translating strategic objectives into deliverable roadmaps and measurable outcomes in partnership with senior clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.Provide senior leadership across the wider digital function as required, ensuring continuity of executive oversight, decision-making and organisational alignment.
