Founded in 1963, Tecomet is the market leading provider of manufacturing solutions for complex, high-precision products and services for the Medical Device and Aerospace & Defense markets. Tecomet operates seventeen global manufacturing facilities in five countries around the world and employs over 3100 people. In my role, I report to the CEO and collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive organic and inorganic profitable growth across multiple dimensions. Accountable for corporate strategy and cascading it across functions, leading the company\'s M&A process, collaborating with Finance on long-term planning and FP & A, and communications with the ELT and Board of Directors. I am also leading the company\'s COVID-19 Task Force.
