ABOUT MASUDUR KAZI

My name is Masud and I’m currently an FY1 Doctor at The Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust! Driven by a desire to widen access to medical education and healthcare, I\'m actively involved in mentoring and guiding young students aspiring to enter medical school. From providing tutoring support during my time at medical school, to now as a doctor, continuing to volunteer to help students with personal statement and interview preparation, I hope to keep on uplifting the next generation of medical professionals.🩺 Looking ahead, my aspirations include becoming a GP partner, combining my medical expertise with a holistic approach to patient care. I am a strong advocate for empowering patients to make meaningful changes in their lives, aiming to support patients in embracing healthier lifestyles and improve their overall wellbeing through practical and personalised approaches to their health. I hold interests in medical education, sports & exercise medicine, emergency medicine, minor surgery, mental health and palliative care. Yes that might sound like a lot, but all fields which I would like to integrate alongside my primary medical practice!
