Supervising Logistics, Warehouse, transportation and better customer service. Organizing Warehouse, Plot routes, process shipments and first mile pickup. Liaising with the franchisee owners to address their needs, provides support and ensures efficient operations. Collaborating with City Managers to ensure timely pickup and drop and coordinate any transportation requirements. Collecting and analyzing operational data and preparing reports on state wise performance and utilization. Addressing operational issues, escalations, and resolving customer complaints. Researching ideal shipping techniques(Cold chain), routing, and carriers. Collaborating with the City managers and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluating budgets and expenditures.
