Extract all documents that affect the taxable status of property from the Clerk of Superior Court’s records. Read and interpret deeds and maps. Verify legal descriptions and ownership. Compile data for processing into the Computer-Aided Mass Appraisal System (CAMA). Enter and update data in CAMA. Conduct research on ownership, addressing, title, legal descriptions and homestead exemption issues. Answer questions and provide information to customers. Calculate percentage of ownership per recorded deed requirements. Perform varied and complex problem solving involving wills, affidavits, and deed under power. Prepare reports, logs, and correspondence as necessary.
