Head of production for the original YouTube animated series \"Pingloo\". I am responsible for the entire production cycle - from the idea to the final release.Main tasks: Concept and style development - came up with a unique visual style and format for the series. Script writing - I write scripts for episodes, develop dynamic dialogues and the structure of episodes. Casting and working with actors - I select voices, supervise the recording and editing of voice acting. Producing and management - I manage a team of animators, artists and editors, control deadlines. Directing and animatic - I organize the visual development of scenes before animation. Editing and post-production - I supervise the final assembly of episodes, work with sound and color correction. Promotion strategy – I take into account YouTube algorithms to create content with high potential for views.Result: I create a viral animation project with a unique style and high viewer engagement.
