It is my privilege to serve as Senior Manager of Events & Technology Experience at IDSA, where I drive the strategic and tactical execution of immersive, innovative, and seamlessly delivered in-person and virtual experiences. As the right hand to the Director of Events and Technology Experience, I help shape and execute programs that reflect operational excellence and creative engagement.I lead the planning and execution of high-impact events—including IDSA’s flagship International Design Conference & Education Symposium, 2–4 Deep Dives annually, and a dynamic portfolio of webinars and virtual engagements. I manage everything from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to production timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.I leverage technology to craft a seamless attendee journey, integrating modern registration systems, and event platforms. I partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure every touchpoint is intentional, consistent, and elevated.I lead speaker and sponsor engagement, guiding content development and ensuring fulfillment of all partnership deliverables. I also collaborate cross-functionally with IDSA’s marketing team to drive omni-channel campaigns that boost registration and amplify brand visibility.At every stage, I champion collaboration, precision, and purposeful design to deliver experiences that exceed expectations, foster community, and advance the mission of IDSA.
