With more than 35 years at EY, I’m deeply committed to shaping the future with confidence— by delivering exceptional value to clients, empowering our people to thrive, and cultivating a culture where innovation, belonging and performance go hand in hand.As Global Assurance Clients & Industries Leader, I am responsible for embedding Assurance capabilities within EY’s industry led approach to serving clients globally — strengthening how we show up through deeper sector integration and coordinated cross service collaboration. My focus is on delivering insight led, value driven outcomes for clients while building a differentiated presence for EY in the market.In my previous leadership roles across Talent and Assurance, I’ve driven innovation, inclusion and transformation — leveraging technology, data and new ways of working to deliver value to our clients and enhance the experience of our EY professionals. I was named one of DiversityCan Magazine’s 2024 Top 10 CHROs & CPOs and received the Fellows Distinction (FCPA) in 2027 from CPA Ontario. I currently serve as an audit committee member of Sunnybrook Hospital and have contributed to the profession through various roles including the School of Accounting and Finance Advisory Council at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Ted Rogers School of Management, and as Audit Committee Chair of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
