I am HACCP and Food Safety qualified plus also have experience of managing personnel.• Develop new products in line with customer brief: Chef\'s Promise Brand Gluten Free Pre-mixes as well as GF meal components for multi award winning national retailer.• Close liaison with Packaging Technologist to provide innovative solutions to fulfill customer brief• Organise internal review of potential new products• Co-ordinating relevant information for new product reviews with clients• Presentation of new product prospects to Product Developer• Process demonstration to NPD launch team (Production, Procurement, Accounts, Technical, Commercial) • Close liaison and advisory role to factory Process Technologist to ensure successful transfer of product from Development Kitchen to PlantManage production and his P&L for all GF Units
