About Massimo Nicastro
After graduating from the Bocconi University in Milan in 1986, I enrolled at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, where I earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA).In the years 19••••89, I moved to Paris where I worked as Assistant to the General Manager of Societé Generale SpA.From 1989 to 1996 I worked for FRETTE SpA offices in Milan and New York where I served as General Manager.In 1997 I moved to Miami, where I gained experience in the real estate market and created an international group, in collaboration with professionals and entrepreneurs in order to take advantage of the Miami – New York – USA RE opportunities.Licensed real estate agent, broker and loan originator, I set up a network of 40 real estate agents and a property management company having several offices in South Beach and Downtown. My actual activities range from the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of improved land or parcels to others. In particular, as a developer, I am responsible for the whole activities workflow, from the purchase of the land, marketing of the property, development of the building design, obtainment of the necessary approvals and financing, construction, renting, management and selling of the properties.In this context, it can be noted that the organization acts exclusively in Miami and New York where a well-defined legislation on real estate and construction, legal certainty, as well as clarity of tax laws and property protection are fully guaranteed.
