Having worked in the Telecommunication industry since 2001, I have gained a profound knowledge of both backbone infrastructure (i.e terrestrial and submarine) and the different media access for Customer solutions (i.e. fiber, copper, radio). Having worked in a Fulfillment process for a long time I’ve been a contact point of many functions and department – eg Sales, Pre Sales, Planning Engineering Operations and Vendors. Working with IT Team I gained a good knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum framework) for the development of the BSS/OSS/ERP systems. Leading an International Team that included people from all around the world helped me strengthen my intercultural skills, appreciate diversity, and build and enhance collaborations across the globe.
