Support to Industrial Repair Limits technical clarifications during refurbishment of LM2500 and Gas Turbines: refurbishment process/guidelines clarification, derogations for level 4 activities• Support to test cell performance analysis and correlation to refurbishment activities• Non conformances analysis for issues identified during level 4 activities• Identification of Change in Design characteristics to manage parts repair/replacement, supersedure P/N’s • Support to rotables and USM selection for Fit Form and Function• Support to Depot working instructions for operation quality continuous improvement• Level 5 repair support: scope of work and derogation evaluation for the parts taken off from engines disassembled, focus on repairs carried out in Italy to meet quality, TAT and cost targets.
