I’m Massimo De Giorgio, a power electronics specialist with a strong focus on power module design and advanced packaging technologies. With a PhD in Integration and Packaging for Power Electronics from the University of Nottingham and current industry experience at Dynex, I bring both deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in developing reliable, high-performance power solutions.My work centers around the innovation and optimization of power modules, pushing the boundaries of efficiency, thermal management, and system integration. I enjoy bridging the gap between academic research and industrial application, and I’m passionate about solving complex engineering challenges that support the future of energy, transportation, and industrial systems.Multilingual and globally minded, I speak fluent Italian, Spanish, and English, and value cross-cultural collaboration and knowledge sharing.
