Vice President Operations, October 2009 - today- Global responsibility of the whole “Brazed Heat Exchangers” Operations: performances, investments plan, and end-to-end supply chain for the involved 4 production sites located in Italy, Sweden, China- Global responsibility of the whole “Pumps, Valves, Fittings, Tank Cleaning” Operations: performances, investments plan, and end-to-end supply chain for the involved 5 production sites located in Denmark, UK, India, China, US- Region China Operations overall responsibility, based on 3 production sites (Shanghai area)- Site Manager of Italian plant located in Alonte (Vicenza)- The above roles means the responsibility of a total number of roughly 1,500 employees- Member of Italian legal entity Alfa Laval SpA Board of Directors- During this period I have got for some years the operations responsibility of other products and regions, for example “Plate Heat Exchangers”, “High Speed Separators”, “Air Heat Exchangers”, region Russia, so making a wide experience of all the Alfa Laval products and related production processes, business, customers and applications.
