Current Role: I am currently the Communication Director at Carraro Group. In this role, I coordinate and manage all communication activities of our industrial entity across all latitudes. This includes public relations, event and trade show organization, website and social media coordination, and the management of all types of commercial communication tools, from catalogs to presentations to videos and multimedia. I also handle press relations, especially concerning corporate and financial activities such as bonds, listings, and extraordinary operations. Additional Roles: In parallel, I am a behavioral trainer specializing in communication and effective presentations. I am also skilled in drafting training scripts tailored to various corporate realities, organizing, and leading motivational and team-building activities. Experience and Skills: Thanks to my decades of professional experience, I have also developed expertise in supporting high-potential managers and professionals in their growth within complex organizations. Academic Role: Since 2019, I have been a professor of public speaking at H-Farm College in Roncade, Treviso, Italy.
