With more than 30 years of experience in the ICT sector, I have worked across banking, insurance, telecom, and utilities, leading complex IT transformation initiatives and large-scale enterprise programs.My career started in software development and system architecture, and evolved into program and transformation management roles, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning Business and IT strategies in complex organizational environments.Over the years I have led ERP, CRM and billing transformation programs, system migrations, and post-merger integrations involving millions of users and multiple international stakeholders.Today my focus is increasingly on Digital and AI-driven transformation.
