About Massey Blakeman
I graduated with a Finance Degree from Baruch College in New York City, but my path has been a bit untraditional. I took a break from college when offered the unique opportunity to work as a model in the fashion industry in 2012. I have represented clients such as Ralph Lauren, Lululemon, Philip Lim, Lacoste, Vogue, etc, and have been able to travel across the United States, Europe and Asia. These experiences bring with them cultural acuity, strong interpersonal connections and good communication skills. Also, some very good lessons in humility and self-awareness.Growing up in Miami in a Real Estate Family I have always been interested in this business and in sales in general. I became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida in 2014 and in New York in 2018. I am currently representing a developer with a $3.5 Billion total project capitalization. I am currently representing developers for a range of multi-family acquisitions, from core, core plus, value add investment strategies, to ground up development.In my free time I am working to target and identify real estate opportunities at scale. Being highly analytical, I learned how to model both Real Estate MultiFamily and Commercial Acquisitions and Developments which has helped further articulate the nuances of a large-scale real estate transaction to both prospective buyers and developers in the South Florida market.
