With a PhD in engineering, 10+ years in software development and over 5 years in engineering leadership, I lead the software team at CM Labs, overseeing the delivery of 30+ simulation products. I’ve driven platform evolution, scaled teams, and delivered complex systems used in high-stakes training environments.My focus now is bringing AI into these products.
