Fleet Engineering Safety Assurance Manager o Managed and high-level supervision of a Metro Cars Trainset’s Project including engineering, designing, technical specification preparation, vendor evaluation, reverse engineering, manufacturing, testing and commissioning of and their main subsystem,o Preparation RAMS plans and implementation risk analyses by using Bow-Tie, FMECA, FTA, ETA, RCM, Root Cause Analysis,o Providing all engineering activities related to whole technical and quality issues about rolling stock(fleet) and its subsystem of the new 8 cars Metro Trainset\'s and main subsystem such as Bogie, Propulsion system (prototype), Innovative HVAC system, Interior and TCMSSenior Mechanical Engineer & Project Engineering Lead Sep 2009- Oct 2012 • Transfer of Technology and manufacturing of 150 Diesel-Electric Locomotives (700, M€ Euros) by cooperation of SIEMENS,• Feasible study of converting diesel- electric locomotive to electric locomotive (AD43, ALSTOM), • Transfer of Technology related diesel- hydraulic locomotive from VOSSLOH Company (as project engineering manager),• Obtain proven working knowledge the Locomotive (AD43) of the ALSTOM such Overhaul repair and Medium repair,• Trained in different course related to locomotive’s subsystem in SIEMENS Company (Germany),• Responsible for various aspects of project engineering including whole engineering works to meet project objectives,• RAMS Plan & Risk analyses\' & trouble shooting implementation for MAP24 and ER24PC Diesel-Electric Fleet Locomotives• Control and follow-up of engineering tasks and milestones and reporting to project manager on technical works of project,• Worked with and led equipment vendors, and reviewed vendor documents to ensure project requirements were fulfilled,• Monitored work performance, and development and reported to project manager.
