   I am proud to inform my friends and colleagues that in April 2024, I joined the incredible professionals at Clark Construction Group Civil Division as Senior Systems Manager, and my amazing experience so far surpassed my expectations! I look forward to contributing to the success of all the projects I am involved in!My duties include, but are not limited to: Lead the project team, subcontractors, owner’s consultants, and representatives to ensure optimal alignment and efficient systems installation. Prepare and manage the contract item list for all components, materials, and systems to ensure that all required delivery dates comply with the project schedule with the appropriate approval status. Prepare scope of work documents with a division of responsibility for trades and subcontractors. Lead the MEP Coordination Process with the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team, ensuring that systems installations comply with the design requirements, operations and maintenance fundamentals, and quality standards. Resolve conflicts between the MEP/FP/FA/Comm/Access Control/Industrial and structural systems with the site logistics plan and in compliance with the project schedule. Direct Field construction activities with all MEP trades and Superintendents. Manage the turnover process, including start-up, testing, commissioning, and closeout. Conduct regular project walkthroughs with the MEP staff to ensure that work proceeds per the contract documents, coordination drawings, and approved submittals. Author and manage the processing of RFI’s. Coordinate with various disciplines to maintain timely inspections of complete systems and commissioning of those systems.
