Manufacturing industrial parts and components by CNC machining, gear cutting and outsource services• Producing First Article Inspection reports of the inspection and measurement results with CMM and QC tools, initiating non-conformance reports (NCR) and interfacing with the project managers and engineering department when required• Communicating with suppliers to improve and prevent recurring quality errors through corrective and preventive action process• Measuring and monitoring supplier manufacturing processes in order to achieve QMS metrics• Conducting the maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment• Assisting the QC Manager in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality-related processes
