About Masoud Sajadieh
Principal technologist in the end-to-end mobile communication systems from physical layer (L1, PHY) signal processing, to cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, and toward application workloads (AI/ML). Deep expertise in SW-defined 5G private networks, high-performance wireless (3GPP 5G, 802.11) and wired (802.1 TSN) connectivity for enterprise, and distributed edge compute. I secured first Design Win at a major industrial automation OEM for adopting vRAN-based private 5G network solutions in the industrial domain, culminating in Si (Xeon SP, FPGA, HW accelerators) revenue. I established the relationship and owned technical interface with IoT customers and IP partners, leading successful field trials and proof-of-concepts at key industrial customers. I delivered architectural specifications, performance requirements, and approval documents for the first radio-to-5G core FlexRAN-based private 5G testbed at Intel and led the system integrator partner in implementation, test, validation, and release. I synthesized product feature specifications supporting real-time, and reliable wireless communications according to customer requirements, 3GPP 5G urLLC, 5G-TSN interworking, and O-RAN specifications, driving advanced features into HW and SW product roadmaps. I developed ground-up, and matrix-led cross-geo teams (US/NA, India, and EMEA), transforming them into engineering hubs for system evaluation, IP development, and SW-defined virtualized networking and edge solutions. I led primary and secondary research to identify market leading use cases for high-performance enterprise wireless (5G, WiFi) networks, characterized and led the application onboarding, KPI analysis and demonstrated as the proof-point to the IoT customers.
