Senior Project Management Consultant with 20+ years of international experience specializing in integrated project controls and risk management across mining, oil & gas, pipeline, and capital projects. I support clients across all project phases—from early feasibility through commissioning—with proven capabilities in cost and schedule control, risk analysis, and governance alignment. I specialize in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) using Monte Carlo simulation techniques on both cost and schedule, helping clients assess contingency needs, analyze critical paths, and understand key uncertainty drivers. I perform schedule integrity reviews, uncertainty modelling, sensitivity analysis, and risk-adjusted forecasting to support data-driven executive decisions. My experience spans both EPCM and client-side environments, including work in Canada, South Africa, Botswana, and Iran.
