Responsible for the competent planning and execution technology based projects as well as various areas of IT general management Succesfully integrated dozens of acquisitions into the Summit IT enterprise Managed projects to implement various back-office financial technologies including systems for account reconciliation, automated AR payment matching, and robotic process automation Managed the implementation of the Human Resource Information System for all operating companies which included the consolidation of employee data from numerous disparate data sources and a wide range of data structures Implemented the project and portfolio management system in 2016 to provide IT with improved portfolio and project management capabilities. Served as the administrator and report writer until replacing it with a more robust system in 2021. Developed the IT capacity planning and resource management regime and oversaw its repeated execution making constant process improvements along the way
