Involved in a 250-bed hospital project, I was excited to be part of the execution team on-site. This experience allowed me to navigate various execution challenges and gain hands-on knowledge in tender packages and processes, work breakdown structures (WBS), scheduling, services coordination, and quality and safety measures. Throughout my internship duration, I identified numerous stakeholders involved in a construction project from the pre-conceptual stage to the handover.
