ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Indexing, processing of PO, NON-PO, Invoice into ERP(Oracle/Epicor) within the stipulated time.Update tracker and KPIs related to processing on a daily basis.Respond to Query and clarification Emails from Local finance, buyers and internal queries from FFS on daily basis.Timely response to queries from Top Desk and unsure the SLA in not breached.Proactivity resolves queries in PO and Non-PO invoice by communicating with buyers, approvers and suppliers.Achieving the target KPI and SLA. Taking complete ownership on the process.Backup for some of the activities.Ensuring that all processes are performed as per the Group Policies, Procedures and Guidelines. Daily Allocation of Work. Invoice processing/ROI/Email handlings/Reports.Month end activities (Mock closure/Book closure) have been handled on every month for Mexico region. To process Transport order/Feeder invoices for the region – (USA, Canada and Mexico).Doing urgent mailbox activities (SOA/Helpdesk/Agency emails) and update the status to HP/SOA team and to agency.To have a proper understanding of the Overall process.Handling query emails and resolving the issues on time.Daily reporting of Work state (TAT), Volume, Team Performance.Meeting timelines for all the tasks assigned without any follow ups.Critical situations have been handled based on the process knowledge available.Dedicating myself towards the process & strive to show consistency in work.Facing new challenges and opportunities can execute my excellence of experience.
